The plan is more drastic as it guarantees quick results so it requires full commitment to achieve the best results. Unlike the DC wellness Plan which helps you lose weight at a gradual pace, The DC Fast Weight loss Plan is strictly for people who want to shed weight quickly. I personally use it when I need to get into a holiday bikini fast or a party dress in 1 week. I would not recommend doing it daily. Once you get to your ideal weight you can stop and continue with the regular DC Wellness Lifestyle.
Handy Tips before you get started:
•Use the DC Wellness Warriors Motto (3 P’s – Plan, Prepare, Promise)
Plan-plan before-hand everything you intend to eat the next day.
Prepare- Prepare your food and your day’s activities to avoid any temptation.
Promise – Promise to stick to the programme and remind yourself why you are doing it.
•Avoid gruesome exercise on the DC Fast weight Loss days. You can do some walking or any light exercise nothing too rigorous.
•Ideally, Drink some DC Wellness Tea (Detox Tea or Slimming Tea highly recommended) you should take a multivitamin to make up for the missing micronutrients on your DC Fast weight Loss days, you can aim to eat sufficient vitamin rich nutrient foods on your normal days (eat lots of fruit and vegetables).
•Keep a food diary to make sure you track whatever you eat .
