ACCEPTABLE FOOD on a DC Wellness Day(D.W.D) is

The ‘Acceptable Food’ is an easy manual for ‘what is on the menu’ on your DC Wellness Days. The rules are simple. All Fruit , salad and some nuts (raw natural food that you do not have to cook) is good for you. For the salad dressing you can drizzle some lemon juice.

Fish, Chicken, and meat (cooked food) preferably grilled or steamed is acceptable but can only be eaten with salad.

The only acceptable food that you can cook to add to your Fish Chicken or Meat is Courgettes, Pumpkin, Aubergine, Squash, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Carrots, Cabbage, Kale, Asparagus and Brussel Sprouts.

Before 1pm Only fruit is allowed. Drink DC wellness Teas with no Milk or sugar, you can add Honey or use healthy sweetener alternatives. These will speed up your weight loss progress. Drink 3 glasses of water either before or with every meal.

Avoid any refined Carbohydrates, Sugar, Trans fats (normally found in processed foods) Starch (Potatoes, Cassava, Yam), anything rich in sugar. No Pasta, Noodles, Rice or Artificial/ manufactured foods like cereal. Just as you want to have a pure mind, your body deserves ‘ pure food’ Try and eat food as natural (not manufactured) as possible. Grill or steam your food to cook it.

The simple MENU:


Detox tea before any meal (on an empty stomach). From morning till 1pm we only eat natural fruit /salad. As much DC wellness Tea (Slimming Tea or Detox Tea) as you want with or before every meal, no Milk. (I normally have a banana 30 minutes after tea at 10:00am)


1pm to 2pm. DC wellness tea (Slimming Tea/Detox Tea). Strictly White meat (chicken or fish preferably grilled/steamed) or boiled eggs with Salad and avocado. If you do feel hungry after that have 1 piece of fruit with 3 glasses of water.

Feel free to pack your breakfast and lunch, take bananas, oranges, grapes or any fruit of your choice. You can also prepare your lunch (boiled eggs or white meat in advance to take with you). After the 1st two weeks you can introduce steak( red meat). I personally love grilled chicken with salad. Easy to prepare and easy to get in a restaurant.


Between 6pm and no later than 8pm Drink some more DC Wellness Tea (Slimming Tea/ Detox Tea) eat from a choice of Meat, Chicken, Seafood, Fish with cooked vegetables on the Acceptable Food List Set Vegetable Options (Courgettes, Pumpkin, Aubergine, Squash, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Carrots, Cabbage, Kale, Asparagus and Brussel Sprouts). Grilled or steamed fish is a personal favourite with steamed/grilled vegetables remember you can use as much spice as you want for flavor. Just avoid oily, greasy dinners and be mindful of what goes into your food.

PS: If you are struggling for a sweet drink you may have Diet Coke or Coke zero just NOT MORE THAN 3 A DAY. Drink 3 glasses of water before every meal. Eat only when you feel hungry.
